Lodge 19 Heritage Park
Our 2 bedroom (sleeping 4 and a dog) single storey holiday lodge style accommodation is a modern and spacious holiday home set in the picturesque surroundings of Heritage Park provides the perfect base from which to explore the surrounding areas fascinating history, rich woodland walks or beautiful sandy beaches all can be found just a short walk away in this beautiful part of Pembrokeshire.
Our holiday lodge is fully furnished and finished to a high standard and comprises of:-
A generous open plan lounge, dining room and kitchen area.....
With its vaulted ceiling and floor to ceiling windows the lounge, dining area and fully fitted kitchen is a bright and cheerful spacious open plan area.
The lounge area is equipped with a 40 inch flat screen television with Freesat, a feature electric fire, and a CD player/radio with an ipod docking station. It has comfortable sofas which are arranged around the feature fire place.
There are large French doors which lead to a decked verandah area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy al fresco dining, or a glass of wine in the evening, or just sit, relax and read. The decking area overlooks a tended grassed area with trees and a view of the old mine beyond.
The dining area has a full sized dining table and chairs for four diners.
The kitchen is fully fitted with integral appliances and has an electric cooker, four ring gas hob, a fridge with freezer compartment, a full sized dish washer, microwave, washer/dryer and all the cooking utensils and equipment you should need during your stay.
Bedroom 1:-
Has a double bed with bedside tables and a wall mounted flat screen television with Freesat. This bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom with shower over the bath, WC, wash hand basin with storage under and heated towel rail as well as a dressing area complete with built in wardrobes.
Bedroom 2:-
This has 2 X 2'6" single beds with a bedside table, chest of drawers and a free standing wardrobe.
All the beds will be made up for you on your arrival.
The Family Bathroom:-
This comprises of a power shower, WC, wash hand basin with storage under and heated towel rail.
Outside:-
There is a large enclosed decked area with garden seating to the front of the lodge and a generous patio to the side of the lodge by which there is a rotary clothes line for your use. There is also an allocated area for the parking of one car adjacent to the lodge. Additional parking is available in the car park at the park entrance.
The Rent:-
This is inclusive of gas and electric used. Hot water and central heating is provided by the gas boiler. Duvets, bed linen and towels are provided. However please bring your own towels for the beach.
Grocery Shopping:-
Why not get your holiday groceries delivered to the lodge door? Tesco's deliver to the park. Quote Lodge 19 and post code SA67 8LN
Pets:-
Pets (one small well behaved dog) are welcome by prior arrangement but are not allowed on the beds or furniture.
Time:-
Takeover time is 3.00pm and check out time is 10.00am.
Key safe code:-
The key safe is located next to the back door, the code for which will be sent to you prior to your holiday.
Smoking:-
Please note our lodge is a non smoking lodge and we would ask you to respect this.
Access:-
The accommodation within the lodge is all on one level, however there are three steps up to the decking area and entrance to the lodge. These steps do have a handrail.
Wifi:-
The lodge has complimentary wifi the password for which will be sent to you prior to your holiday.
